Decision on the Case of Raymond Molinier

The Commission on Organization, Credentials and Conflicts, having read the appeal of Raymond Molinier and heard a statement from him concerning his expulsion; having heard the statement of comrade Pierre Frank on behalf of the minority group of the Political Bureau of the Internationalist Workers Party (POI) on the expulsion of Raymond Molinier and the internal situation of the POI, declares:

— that it fully approves the expulsion of Raymond Molinier from the POI, on the grounds of the incompatibility of Raymond Molinier and his methods with membership in any section whatsoever of the Fourth International;

— that any political or organizational collaboration with Raymond Molinier, in whatever political or literary activity he may undertake, is likewise incompatible with membership in the POI or in any other section of the Fourth International;

— that the minority group of the POI must henceforth conduct its attitude and its discussions in a loyal manner, in accordance with the decisions and discipline of the POI and its leading bodies, as well as with the discipline of the international organization.
